Our standard MOQ is 25 pieces per style and colorway, including embroidery, screen print, heat transfer, patches and woven labels. Trial orders can start at 25 pieces.
How fast can I get a sample?
Standard sampling takes 10 working days after artwork, fabric and specifications are approved. We provide a free digital mockup before the physical sample is made.
Can you ship in 7 days?
For repeat orders and selected stock-blank programs, 7-day dispatch is available. New custom orders take 15 working days for bulk production after sample approval; we confirm the production calendar in writing before production starts.
Do you provide free mockups?
Yes. Send your logo and a reference style and we will prepare a free digital mockup showing the cap, color and decoration placement before you commit to a sample.
Which certifications can you provide?
ISO 9001, BSCI and Sedex documentation is available upon request, together with our factory profile and material or test reports for confirmed programs.
