From a logo on a stock block to a fully developed private-label cap, Crownflow handles pattern making, sampling, decoration and bulk manufacturing in Beijing.
Choose your route
OEM or ODM — clearly explained.
Both routes are produced in the same factory. The difference is who owns the design and how much development work is needed before sampling.
OEM: you bring the design
You supply a tech pack, reference sample or detailed artwork. We build the pattern, source the fabric and trim, make the sample and produce the bulk order to your specification.
Best when you already have a cap block
Your branding, labels and packaging
MOQ 25 pcs per style/color
ODM: we develop with you
Start with a reference, mood board or target price. Our team proposes the block, fabric, decoration and packaging, then develops a sample you can take to market under your own label.
Best for new headwear ranges
Pattern and trim development support
Free mockup before sampling
Decoration methods
Six ways to put your brand on a cap.
Decoration choice affects hand-feel, durability, color matching and unit price. We will recommend the right method for your artwork and order quantity.
Embroidery
Flat, 3D foam and chain stitch. The most durable option for logos, monograms and small text. Best on cotton, canvas and performance fabrics.
Screen Print
Bold, opaque graphics with strong color coverage. Suited to large front or back prints on flat panels; ideal for promotional volumes.
Heat Transfer
Fine detail, gradients and multi-color artwork without embroidery weight. A good fit for performance caps and complex logos.
Patches
Woven, embroidered, PVC/rubber or leather patches add dimension and a premium finish. Applied by sewing or heat press.
Woven Labels
Brand, size, care and origin labels woven to your artwork. Also used as front patches, hem tags and inside taping.
Leather Patches
Debossed, embossed or laser-engraved leather and faux-leather patches for heritage, outdoor and premium streetwear lines.
Sampling & MOQ
From brief to bulk in five controlled steps.
01
Brief and free mockup
Send your logo, reference style, target quantity and delivery date. We confirm feasibility and produce a free digital mockup.
02
Sample in 10 working days
Once the mockup is approved, we make a physical sample with your chosen fabric, trim and decoration. Standard turnaround is 10 working days.
03
Sample fee & approval
Sample fees vary by style, fabric and decoration. The fee is quoted upfront; ask us about crediting it against your bulk order.
04
Bulk production
After sample approval, bulk production takes 15 working days, with a confirmed spec sheet, color approvals and a production schedule.
05
QC and dispatch
Every order passes in-line and final inspection before packing. We share QC photos and tracking details before dispatch.
MOQ policy
25 pieces per style and colorway across our standard cap blocks. This applies to embroidery, screen print, heat transfer, patches and woven labels. Lower quantities are possible for sample orders; ask us.
Design files we can work from
AI or PDF: preferred for vector logos and precise Pantone color references.
PNG: acceptable at 300 dpi or higher with a transparent background.
Tech pack: helpful for OEM projects with measurements, construction and labeling requirements.
Not sure whether your file is production-ready? Send it through the RFQ page and we will review it before quoting.
Need a custom block, not a stock style?
Send a reference or sketch. We will tell you what can be developed, what it costs to sample, and when bulk can start.
