The factory
A production floor built around caps.
Our Tongzhou facility is organized by process: fabric inspection and cutting, sewing lines, in-house embroidery, trimming and final quality control. Keeping these steps together shortens sampling cycles and gives us direct control over the finish.
We produce structured and unstructured caps, trucker hats, snapbacks, dad hats, bucket hats, beanies, visors, camper caps, golf caps and runner caps. Standard blocks are ready for 10-working-day sampling; custom patterns are developed for ODM programs.
After sample approval, standard bulk production takes 15 working days. Larger or more complex orders are scheduled in writing before production begins.

Sewing lines
